Cal/OSHA Recordkeeping Reminder: Post Cal/OSHA Form 300A

From February 1 through April 30, 2013 employers are required to post the Cal/OSHA Form 300A annual summary log of injuries and illnesses for 2012. Even if there were no recordable injuries or illnesses in 2012, employers are still required to post the summary with zeros in the total line. This posting requirement applies to all employers who had 10 or more employees in 2012 and do not fall within the partially exempt industries.
